NoDIE CONSULTING

My name is Josiah Nodie, and in 2024 I founded NoDIE Consulting to give employers an option to correct the issues caused by discriminatory DEI hiring practices within their HR department and recruiting organizations. 

At NoDIE Consulting, we recognize the importance of fostering an inclusive workplace. However, we believe that true inclusivity comes from focusing on individual merit and capabilities.
